This weeks nail polish of the week is Avon's - Crystal Clam

{Happy Memorial Day}

Today is not just about having a day off work. It is a day of remembering all of the people that have given their lives for OUR freedom.

It is the
not the preacher,
who has given us freedom of religion.

It is
not the reporter,
who has given us freedom of the press.

It is
not the poet,
who has given us freedom of speech.

It is
not the campus organizer,
who has given us freedom to assemble.

It is
not the lawyer,
who has given us the right to a fair trial.

It is
not the politician,
Who has given us the right to vote.

It is the
salutes the Flag,

It is
who serves
under the Flag,

I pray that everyone has a safe Memorial Day! God Bless

{Bracelet Project}

So I have been wanting a gold and pearl bracelet for a while. I couldn't find anything that I really liked and in my price range. But yesterday while shopping at Joann's I found these gold beads for $.97 (SCORE!). I already had a gold toggle and some pearls left over from another necklace that I made.
My finished bracelet measures at 7 inches.

I love it!!!

{What I'm Loving Wednesday}

I'm Loving my new nephew Mason. My sister just got this sweet little boy Sunday.

I'm Loving this bible verse
Romans 8:26
"In the same way, the Spirit helps us in out weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans."

I'm Loving these finalist... can't pick a favorite out of these two! I love them both and cannot wait to see who wins.

I'm Loving this movie that I just watched for the first time in 4 years! So cute!!!

I'm Loving that my cousin is spending the summer with us. He lives in California and we don't get to see him that much. SO HAPPY!

I'm Loving this bible verse: Psalm 27:14

"Wait on the LORD: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD."

I'm Loving that this show is back. You could defiantly say that I am addicted to these girls and their crazy life's.

I'm Loving this Coconut Mocha Frap a little to much. I think I am going to need an intervention soon!

I just had to share this wonderful picture!

{Nail Polish of the Week}

This is my go to color for the Spring/ Summer.

Orly in Pink Slip

I am so ashamed to admit this, but sinse I have been married I have gained 40 pounds. WHAT! That is disgusting! We have been married for 4 1/2 years. That is 10 pounds a year I have gained. So my hubby (the work out king) started P90X about 3 weeks ago. I can already see some results for him. So I started on Monday (I am in so much pain today!) and I am excited/ terrified. Jeff thought it would be a good accountability for me to post my progress on my blog. Last night I took my before pictures in my bathing suit. Every weekend I am in my bathing suit, but I never take my picture. When I saw my pictures, I looked at Jeff and said, this is what y'all look at! Those pictures are such a motivation for me to change the way I look. I don't want to see myself like that anymore. I want to post the pictures, but I am horrified to do so. Maybe in a week or so I will.... maybe!

The three goals of why I want to lose the weight...

My 5 year anniversary. Jeff and I have decided to go on a cruise. That is what we did for our honeymoon and would kind of like to recreate it. I want to feel comfortable enough to walk around the upper deck in a bathing suit and not worry about grabbing my cover up. I would love to look on that scrapbook and say I looked just as good as when I did for my honeymoon.

Our yearly scalloping trip. Basically everyone is in a bathing suit for 4 days straight. Pictures are always being taken and I am so tired of running to grab my towel or a cover up. I want to look back on this vacation and not see the pictures and think, man do I look heavy. I want to see them and think, '' that vacation was a blast''. Plus my SIL and a family friend look amazing in a suit.

Having a baby. I want to be super healthy for my future baby. Plus I don't want to be a puffy pregnant lady. People see me and think wooo she is retaining water. I want them to say, she is so cute pregonant.

So wish me luck! Pray for me! I will keep you updated with pictures on how this process is going. My goal is to lose 25 pounds by July 4th, and another 15 pounds by November. Then I will be back at my healthiest weight.

{weekend recap}

I hope everyone had a GREAT weekend! Mine was fabulous.

On Friday I played Shuffle Board with this adorable couple (Dan and Barby)

and this hunk!

We played boys vs girls

and the boys killed us.

On Saturday my momma picked Aj and I up for our girls weekend.

The view from our room. It was in the perfect location!

Aj and I sitting out side the restaurant watching it rain.

and chatting with the locals.

Our hotel was one out of three that you could take a water taxi to Downtown Disney. So much better then taking a bus!

After shopping we went to eat at the House of Blues. They had some live music and great food.

Downtown Disney at night

On Sunday we ate breakfast, walked around the resort, and rode these strange bikes...

After our bike ride the weather was getting bad so we went back home. Momma dropped us off and we met up with some friends at the pool. We ended up making up a game called..... Water Beach Ball Volleyball. It was a blast and we played for 4 hours.

I hope everyone had a great weekend!
