{Merry Christmas}

I pray that everyone has an amazing Christmas!

{My Ring}

I lost my engagement ring this past week.

Like a dork, I took my ring off to show a friend something on my ring. And during the exchanging of getting it back it fell. It was dark out so we pulled over into a gas station. All of us got out of the car and looked around for about an hour. We finally said lets look when it is light out, maybe we will see it better. The following day was Thanksgiving. Lindsey's dad (it was her car we were in)went out for two hours she said and could not find it. I was really starting to panic! A friend of mine works on cars and he removed the seat and some of the carpet... my ring was not in her car. As soon as I saw Jeff the tears would not stop.

One of the most upsetting things about this is...
Our sand ceremony broke, my wedding bouquet fell apart along with Jeff's boutonniere, and the wedding dressed got ripped at the reception. The only things we still have from the wedding is our wedding bands.

I miss my ring!

Thankful for Christmas

Some of the things that I am very thankful for...

My Faith: That Jesus is my Savior, and I know everlasting love through him.
My Hubby: He is so good to me and I love him so much.
My Job: I am so blessed to have a great job that I love.
My Family: I have the greatest parents a girl could ask for. And my sister is amazing.
My Friends: I have unbelievable friends, who always lift me up.

{see you soon!}

For the past couple of months my girlfriends and I were adopted into another group of friends. And out of these new friends I met Satina. After spending time with her and talking to her I now have a great friend. But she is leaving St. Pete for the time to finish college. I know I will see her soon, but it is still sad to say good bye.

Satina - I miss you!

*Friday*
A normal Black Friday for me is... Shopping with my two best friends and being done with Christmas shopping. This year did not turn out like that at all.
Lindsey did not want to do the early bird shopping but, she would meet up with us for lunch. I picked Barby up at her place at 2:30am so we could head to the mall. Old Navy was opening up at 3:00am. And we needed clothes for our Ski trip in March. When we got to Old Navy it was packed (crazy). Barby and I got the clothes we wanted and started waiting in line for the check out. It was really cold out (50 degrees outside, and to a Florida girl that is freezing) so we were dressed in sweaters, and boots. Old Navy could not get the air working... Let me rewind for a second, Barby was not feeling great on Thanksgiving. She ate barely anything, and drank little water. Fast forward to no air. For 30 minutes we were standing in line, Barby is holding 3 pairs of Jeans, 4 Fleece jackets, her jacket and a purse that would fit my car. She is starting to look really pale and asks me if she could go sit down and I just stand in line. I didn't have a problem so I said sure. She was not gone for more than 1 minute and I get a phone call from her telling me that she needs to leave. We drop everything and start walking out of the store. I look at her and she started to walk like a drunk bum (sorry Barby but that is how you looked!). The next thing I know is she is starting fall. I did not grab her before she hit her knees but I got her from hitting her head. I was yelling at her to try and wake her up and she was not. I am starting to panic so I call her mom who is a nurse... well I could not figure out how to unlock Barby's phone, so I grab my phone and call her sister. I finally got Barby to wake and decided I could drag/ carry her to the food court. (Oh and there was not one person stopping to see if I needed help, I was screaming at Barby and she was not waking up. Not one person stopped. That shocks me) After getting Barby to the Food Court (thank the lord she only weighs 95 pounds) she could barley keep awake. I knew her blood sugar was very low and she need a coke. I propped her against four chairs to keep her from falling (again not one person helping but everyone is watching. I yelled if you are not going to help then look somewhere else). After spending three years waiting in line for a coke she started to feel better, her mom got there and was in a panic. We got her temperature and her blood sugar back to normal and she was fine. And like the little trooper she is... she wanted to finish her shopping. We only went to one other store and than I took her home. What a crazy Black Friday!
Sorry if this ran on long!

{Happy Birthday Jeff}

Today is my hubby's 28th birthday. He wanted to celebrate it by going to Carrabba's for dinner and drinks. And then to his favorite beach bar the Undertow.

{Weekend Recap - Halloween Edtion}

Happy November bloggers!

This weekend was so busy.

*Friday - USF game. Go BULLS
We played West Virgina at home and it was an awesome.

*Saturday - Halloween
This year we decided to go line dancing at the Watering Trough. My grams teaches the classes there so Jeff and I know most of the dances.

*Sunday - Jeff and I did our normal routine. Church, brunch at Babalous, then went home to relax and watch football.

All of the girls
(Starting from the left: AJ - she was a nudist on strike; Bre - a prisoner; Barby - a beer wench; Me - cowgirl; Lindsey - Shurlock homes; Kim - sexy vampire)

Barby's costume was giving her problems. The tights would not stay up.

Scary picture of Kim, but it shows off the makeup I did on her :)

How could you not love this face :) Kim is my partner in crime!

My hubby and me. He is so cute!

I love them!

The group dancing. (not really sure what Jeff and I are doing)

My favorite picture of Barby and me.

I was dancing and Lindsey took this shot of me.

{Carving Halloween Pumpkins}

This year Jeff was not able to help me carve our pumpkins (work has been crazy for him), so Lindsey and Kim came over to help me. Those girls make me laugh so hard! I decided that I wanted a non-spooky and a USF pumpkin. Lindsey wanted to work on the USF one.... she did such a great job. Kim and I worked on the smile face non-original pumpkin. We made the biggest mess and I am so happy Jeff and I have our old dinning room table on the back porch!

Adopt a US Solder!

I was reading another girls blog http://gregandshan.blogspot.com and she had a post about the AAUSS program. I had done this when I was in college and had a great experience with it. So I signed up again, and I am so happy that I did. I have been blessed with meeting Jonathan. He is stationed over seas. After a couple days of emailing each other, he opened up to me that his family does not support him, and I am his only support system. That made me cry so hard.

So if anyone reads this blog... Sign up! This is an amazing experience for you and the soldier fighting for you!
