Let me take you on a little tour...
WILW
I am loving that when I walked outside yesterday this is what Gable was doing. I was laughing so hard and had to take a picture. Boys will be boys, and this is giving me a small glimpse into what I am in for with Caleb
30 Weeks!
Total weight gain: a grand total of 13 pounds
Maternity clothes? I have started to wear my maternity dresses more and more, but thankfully I can still get away with some of my regular dresses.
Stretch marks? Oh ya, they came out of nowhere and came fast! But Gable and I call them Love Scratches, and they remind me of this precious gift that I am caring.
Sleep: I can’t really remember having a full night of sleep. I am starting to get at the uncomfortable stage and I toss/turn all night long.
Best moment this week: We went down Rainbow River this past Saturday… I jumped off the tube so I could swim for a bit, I just didn’t realize that my belly couldn’t get through the hole in the tube when I wanted to get back up. Thankfully my best friend traded with me or I would have been swimming for 3 hours down the river. It was a great laugh for the group.
Miss Anything? The ability to sit up without making a grunting sound.
Movement: My little boy is a big time mover. And he loves to kick; he actually kicked me so hard that he has bruised my liver. My midwife had me do an ultrasound cause of the pain, and she mentioned that it is swollen. So ice packs have become my new best friend!
Food cravings: Grits
Anything making you queasy or sick: Thankfully nothing anymore.
Gender: It’s a BOY!!! Caleb James!
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: overall feeling pretty great, but my the area where my liver is will start to hurt.
Belly Button in or out? In, and actually hoping for an out.
Wedding rings on or off? My band is off L it is smaller than the engagement ring, but we have a fake band in its place.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Very Happy and I have a calmness going on to.
Looking forward to: My shower is on the 19th and I can’t wait. My sister has worked so hard on every detail and I just know it will be perfect.

What I'm Loving...

I am also loving that we have his nursery room decor decided on. We went with this from Pottery Barn Kids. I can't wait till after the shower and have it all set up!

I am loving that Gable's sister, husband and kids are coming down for the weekend!
I am loving that we might not have to miss our yearly scalloping trip. Our group pushed it back to late August, so Mr. Caleb will only be one month old. Gable and I are going to get our own little place near the group so Caleb doesn’t wake everyone up at night, but we still will be able to hang out with the group a ton. I can’t wait!!!

The Push Present… need ideas!!!
With my husband’s job he is fully aware of what this is. He has also told one of my closest friends that he has already got it for me. I can’t wait to see what he has picked out!
I know that Gable is going to be an amazing coach during the delivery! He has this gentleness and strength that will help me get through it. So I would like to get him a coach (man’s version of the push present) gift. I just don’t know what I want to get him. He only wears his wedding band, a live strong bracelet, and his watch every day. The boy will NOT wear a necklace or bracelet, so jewelry is out. He loves playing guitar, but a new guitar is out of the price range. I am clueless on what to get him! I could really use some help ladies!!! Price range $50 - $100, think creatively and a little practical.
